One In A Million

(Thought: A Friend)

Have you ever been in  trouble long enough to turn around and find out that all your friends were gone?
You called on God asking Him to show you your friends because you needed that special relationship with another human being.

According to the book, "Introduction to the Counseling Profession, by David Capuzzi and Douglas R. Gross,

Many people find themselves engaged in some type of helping relationship nearly every day.  Some helping occurs informally, while other helping happens in a more formal way.  Friends and family usually help one another in a reciprocal, informal way while helping professionals such as counselors, psychologists, or social workers help their clients within a formal unidirectional relationship.  In a friendship, people  share concerns and give each other information, advice, and support.

Based on bible principles there is one in a million people that can be a true friend to us, and his name is Jesus, the one who laid down his life for me- us. The one who set me - us - free; one day on Calvary.

Biblical and profession relationships is based on one main substance, and no one can doubt it; and that is love. According to I John 4:16, God is love.

Let's remember to have a friend we must first show friendliness.

Until we meet again - soon.
