A Life Built Of Integrity

Genesis 39:9

There is none greater in this house than I; neither hath he kept back any thing from me but thee, because thou art his wife: how then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?

Joseph, a meek and humble young man full of dignity, respect for his Master and a lot of love for God would not lie with his Master's wife, even though she wanted him to. Because he was a blessed, faithful and obedient man of God His Master, Potiphar, ended up putting  him in charge of every thing in his household except his wife.

Resisting temptation is something we endure almost every day. Doing the right thing is always the best way out of a situation that seem very desirable.  We know that situations that look good does not always have a good outcome.

Unrighteous things that are done in the dark will always be uncovered, come to the light, according to the bible.  Even Jesus was tempted in all ways but he never sinned.  Staying in contact and in connection with our Heavenly Father will help up to be strong in our daily walk and talk with Him.

Being drawn away by the lust of the eye, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life is not God's will for our life. Being drawn by the Holy Spirit, love and His mercy for us is.

A life built on Godly principles of integrity is a desirable way to live.

Until we meet again - soon.
