Uttermost Praise

They prepared Jesus to enter Jerusalem with uttermost praise.

Mark 11:7-10

And they brought the colt to Jesus, and cast their garments on him; and he sat upon him.

And many spread their garments in the way: and others cut down branches off the trees, and strawed them in the way.

And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna; blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord:

Blessed be the kingdom of our father David, that cometh in the name of the Lord: Hosanna in the highest.

***Throughout Jesus' journey into Jerusalem, on that Sunday we now call "Palm Sunday;" He was given the highest honor and praise. Garments and branches were laid before and after his path. Showing  royalty, honor and praise.

The crowd  surrounded him shouting "Hosanna, meaning save us. Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord:

An important thing to remember is that though He had not yet died and risen with all power, the crowd praised him anyway. His crucifixion being a weekend later.

***Jesus does make house calls. When the weights of this world seem to be overwhelming, Jesus will come to our rescue by answering our call to him.

Lets give God our uttermost praise - until we meet again soon.
