Three Days Of Love, Passion And Grace

(Speak to us Lord - It is Good Friday)

John 3:16

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

God sent his son, Babe Jesus, the Anointed One into the world so that through him we might be saved. God looked all over and couldn't find nobody. He became flesh to be born through a virgin in a manger, as the son of man, and through the spirit as the son of God.

He grew up as Joseph's son and Mary's babe, Jesus of Nazareth. The question people asked, "could any good thing come out of Nazareth? As a teenager He taught leaders in the synagogue. Later in  life He continued going  about taking care of his father's business. He walked, taught, and preached to his disciples; doing miracles. He increased in wisdom and stature, and had favour with God and man. The upper class citizens were ignorant to, and could not perceive the God in him. They went about to crucify him with the majority of the votes.

Acts 1:3

To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the the things pertaining to the kingdom of God.

Jesus' crucifixion was of intense and  emotional pain, love and rage on the cross to conquer the sting of death;
He became sin when He knew no sin; He reconciled all things unto himself on earth and in heaven through his death. He had the power to lay down his life and to take it up again; but He had so much love for us that he could not imagine doing that. After His crucifixion He showed himself to His disciples convincing them that He was alive. He spoke to them over a time of forty days, talking about the Kingdom of God.

Ephesians 2:5

Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

God is merciful, and loves us so much. When we were still in our sins,  he gave us our lives back again when he raised Jesus from the dead. His grace and mercy brought us through. We are living this moment because of you. We were once blind but now we can see; you saved a condemned person like me. By the grace of God we have come a long way.  At the cross, at the cross is where I first saw the light; and my sins were washed away.

Until we meet again - soon.
