The Leader In You

Mark 10:35-37

And James and John, the sons of Zebedee, come unto him, saying, Master, we would that thou shouldest do for us whatsoever we shall desire.

And he said unto them, What would ye that I should do for you?

They said unto him, Grant unto us that we may sit, one on thy right hand, and the other on thy left hand, in thy glory.

***When we please God, He will ask us in our spirit, "What would we have him  to do for us?" Lets meditate on them first, so we will not give worldly answers as:

I need a better paying job; a new car; a bigger bank account; and a new home.

***What about a closer walk with him - grant it Jesus is our plea. Create in us a clean  heart and renew the right spirit within us. Help us to spread love today; to love those who are unloveabe, and to forgive those who have mistreated us - so that we might be forgiven.

If we seek ye first, the King of God and his righteouness, all those things we need will be added, according to the bible.

***Solomon a God sent leader -King- did not ask God for riches and treasures but for wisdom so that he may make righteous decisions over God's people. For this God told him, "He would not only give him wisdom, but he will make him the wisest man thoroughout his life time."  He would add riches and tresures to his life as well.

Solomon received all of these things because he asked God for the right thing, for the right reason, and at the right time; to help others.

James 4:3

Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.

IMPORTANT!  God said, "When we ask for things for the wrong reason, we don't receive them, because we ask for our own pleasures.

Lets began to ask for things in the name of Jesus.  Things that will bless others as well. True Leadership is serving, ministering, to the need of others

Until we meet again soon.
